Request for immediate refund for today's charges
I am requesting an immediate refund for all items that were charged today. I upgraded my plan today but have already canceled it, and there are multiple payment records from today that I would like to have refunded. Please let me know if you need any additional information to process this request. Thank you

Cancelling your subscription doesn't result in a refund. It cancels your automatic renewal but you retain your account benefits until your next billing date, at which point your account is downgraded back to Basic.
You can try contacting Support, but in most cass, payments for Dropbox subscriptions are non-refundable. To contact Support directly, visit this page.
