Request to remove my bank card from Dropbox account

Due to personal reasons, I need to dissociate my bank card from my Dropbox account. I understand that this is a security measure, and I appreciate any assistance you can provide in this matter.

Hi GTS1, and thanks for posting here.
Can you please clarify if you’d like to cancel the Dropbox subscription, as well?
I’m just asking because your payment details can only be automatically removed from the system, once your paid plan has been cancelled and your Dropbox account is downgraded to a free Basic one.
If not, then you’d need to replace the existing payment method with another one.
