We can't re-upgrade our plan because the payment page is broken and keeps refreshing.
Hi, hopefuly someone here can help as so far I have had a 30 email chain with support and no closer to solving the issue.
We had a business account and needed to reduce the amount of team members.....

- What are u trying to upgrade to? Are you trying to go a different plan or just adding licenses ?
- Also where are u accessing the upgrade from? Can u share the URL of the page.

trying to upgrade to business plan
We have done this direct from our page when it asks us to upgrade. We have also tried the different links the support team sent which also do not work. It is getting ridiculous and if not sorted this week we will be moving everything to a different provider.
