Why was I charged by Formswift?
Anyone get scammed by formswift? Evidently they are tied to Dropbox somehow. I now have a charge of 37.00 on my debit card When I call the number then they want my bank account number or my debit car...

2 years agoMake sure you access the link while in an incognito/private browsing window, and when you're not logged into your own Dropbox account, then you'll see the options.

Same thing here - I have emailed FormSwift support over ten times with two different support reps. Neither one has followed up with me and they are still charging my credit card $37.00 per month. What does a person need to do to get them to stop and refund the money? They do not have phone # that is manned.

I get stuck trying to find the “other” choice to which he refers. Maybe a step by step instruction would resolve that for me. I’m new to this Forum and I’m kind of a dinosaur at age 86. Any help on this would be appreciated & understanding the relationship between Formswift and Dropbox. I’m clueless!
