A team member is not receiving our invitation.

Question or Issue
New team member not receiving an invite email.
Member data shows 13 Members and 1 invited.
When I invited member one (1) license was available (we currently have 14 Advance licenses).
The one (1) invited is not receiving an invite email.
I am the team admin.
We checked spam folder of invited member.
I was able to invite successfully using the different browser and private window.
Thank you for your help.

I know this question seems elementary but we have to ask to check it off the list. Have you double checked the spelling of the email to assure its being sent to the correct address?
Check the Admin Console and go to "Members" to see the pending invites
