Can’t see my avatar or access my settings and profile

2 years agoThats really weird as my screen is totally different:
Have you tried an incognito window? Or clearing cookies and cache etc.?

Don’t know how to try an incognito window. And cache clearing does nothing. I’ve already told you that I have another account with the Dropbox logo upper left in blue. On those pages, the avatar and profile/settings options are upper right. This page has a black Dropbox logo upper left, and as you can see, no profile/settings. Information I have found so far indicates that the black Dropbox logo means it is synching with my computer. However, it is not, because although I did download the app on my computer about a year ago, I deleted it because I don’t want to use the synching feature. Since then, my files are still there, and I can log in, but I can’t change any settings or profile information.

Somebody else has just posted a full screen print of the website and it seems to show that if you scroll down the page slightly it has the usual account toggle:

Not me unfortunately. See screenshot.

And when I click on the little settings icon next to the words All files, it opens only links to detailed actions with the files, not my profile or even the settings.

Could you clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let us know if this persists Krijo?

Still the same.

I tried with Chrome and Safari. They’re both the same. No extensions or blockers on Chrome, and disabled on Safari.

Sure. But first tell me how it works. What happens once I get the e-mail?
