A screenshot showing this, while hiding any names or email addresses, would help greatly.
This way, we would be able to assist further on this matter.

This is sensitive information so I will be unable to attach a screenshot. It was a Paper doc. The changes were: changing some text to bold and adding a sentence. The email was from “Dropbox Paper” and the subject was ‘Changes to filename’. The content of the email was a screenshot of that section of the document with the changes highlighted in green shading.

Currently, there isn't an option to disable notifications for all members of a Dropbox Paper document to not receive notifications.
