Can I reset my password without access to the email as I forgot it?
i have forgotten my password and no longer have access to my email, how can i reset my password and change my email?

So i checked for answers and I got the following information from your website:If you can’t sign in, click I can’t recover my account using this page. Click Yes. Click Send notifications. Notifications will be sent to all the devices you're signed into.However, the option of click yes and click on notifications does not exist when i click on cant recover my account using this page.Any suggestions? It would be very helpful if they simpy sent an OTP (one time password) on the mobile device to which i am connected....

Hi,
i´ve got a question. Does anybody know, how to reset the own passwort?
My problem is, that i cant login in my old Mail and the phone number which is connected
with my accout is not up to date. I´ve got a new number. It sounds a little bit tricky.
Does anybody know, how to get the pw to login?
I need some help. There are some pictueres which are very important to me. Old memories you know.

The situation is that my account is associated with an email that is no longer in function .. and I lost my password so I have no way to recover it since the confirmation email is sent to the email that does not. plus function. Also I have tried to find a way to contact the company and there is no option to chat with a real person. I do not know what to do

I do not have access to my old email server, you say my password is expired, yet I have no way to update it to log in. I need to speak to a real person. Chat Bot is completely worthless on this issue. Is there anyway to actually talk to a live person?

If you still have an active device linked to your account, there's a chance you can still sign in and update your email and password. Otherwise you'll need access to the email address you used for your Dropbox account.

i've been trying to login through my old email adress (which is now been closed with no chance of getting back) and i've forgotten my password, does that just mean that my dropbox is forever gone?
i've been trying to get through the support page, but it's really confusing
