Comments notification

Hi! I have issues with notifications, I don't understand why dropbox doesn't show me notifications of comments.  It doesn't show me on the app and on the website. I think is a bug, someone can he...

    Hi hannah,
    After a lot of tests I understand that if the folder isn’t mine I don’t receive notifications, I changed the folder and it works! Thank you for the assistance ❀

I tried to follow the folder but the button is disabled.

Notifications are enabled because I receive other ones.
