Date format in signatures is different to settings

Hi, I have a Dropbox Professional plan. It comes with 3 signature requests/month. (Will be upgraded to Essentials plan in December).   In our Dropbox settings, I have the date set to "DD/MM/YYY...

    Have you ever accessed your signatures via the old Hellosign website, which might give you the option to change the date there?
