How can I keep the same number of licenses, and remove the old member?
We have a set number of licenses for a Team. We have had somebody leave and also now have a replacement. Their email addresses are different. What would be the best way for me to keep the same number...

You can remove an old team member and keep the same number of licenses by following these steps:
-Log in to dropbox.com with your admin credentials.
-Go to the Admin console and click on ‘Members.’
-Find the member you want to remove, click ‘More’ next to their name, and select ‘Delete.’
-Follow the prompts to transfer their files if needed and confirm the deletion. You can also see the steps here.
Once you remove the member, their license becomes available for you to assign to a new team member. This way, your total number of licenses remains unchanged, and you can invite someone new to use the available license.
If you want to adjust the total number of licenses (increase or decrease), you can do so in the Admin console under ‘Billing’ > ‘Manage licenses.’
I'm here if you have any questions!
