How can you change the name of your shop?

I could have sworn that I had my shop name in the field for shop name.  However, it keeps showing up as my name.  I have been trying to change it but I keep getting an error.  Can anyone help?   ...

    Thanks so much for responding.  As usual, I figured it out.  Sometimes we just get overwhelmed when undertaking something.
