3 years agoHey likehu, I see that you're in this folder through the 'all files' page.
If you click on the "Family Room" option on the left of the page, does that take you to the same folder with the same contents?
What I mean is, is it possible that the folder in Chinese is just a simple shared folder in your account and not the actual family room?

Hi Hannah ,
Thanks for your attention.
This folder is the actual family room. One point that proves it is that this family room in chinese cannot rename. Besides,I have no other shared folders.

Maybe I should know what is the basis for dropbox to set the name of the family room. I try to change my windows language, it doesn't work too.

Hmm, are you the family manager, Like?
If not, is it possible that the family manager has their account in Chinese?
