    But where is it sending the code? If it's sending the code to the email address for the account, that's not multi-factor authentication and it can't be disabled.

Would you mind clarifying if you're talking about the security code, or our 2FA?

 

Do you have an issue not receiving the first or the second code? As for 2FA, in order to disable it, you'd need access to the Dropbox account.

 

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

We have access to disable 2fa. We did that. But still asking for a code. We have 4 individuals trying to log in w un and pw. Still asking for a cod
