I cannot log into my Dropbox Business account

I am trying to log into dropbox using my business account. Every time I try to log in using my work email address, it thinks that I am trying to set up a new account and will not take my pas...

Can you please clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser and let us know if you get the same results?

Thanks for getting back to me, Walter. I will try this tomorrow, when I get to my office. I forgot to copy the sign in credentials on Friday.

Hi Megan and Walter. I'm sorry, but it goes straight to "sign UP" instead of "sign IN". I want to share a screenshot with you, but it is not allowing me. This is a brand new computer, so clearing the cache is a moot point.
