Hi Megan. I reinstalled using your link and the desktop version still doesn't match the online version. The online version is the correct one. I'm wondering if the desktop version is logged into an old profile so I'm trying to log out but I can't follow the instructions as it doesn't match what I see on my Mac.

Hey amiem - you can sign out of the account through the app's preferences under the Account tab.
Could you give it a go and let us know how it goes

Hey @amiem!
You should be able to click on the camera-like icon and attach your screenshots back to me.

That way I can have a visual of your profile online, versus what you see locally on the device.
