I installed Dropbox on a new device and I can't find my files
I changed the device and when I downloaded the program again, the data and images did not appear. Please help recover my data

Hey Mohamed ali, did you have the chance to preview the pages my colleague, Hannah provided?
If so, would you mind specifying what you see there?

Hey Mohamed ali, if you weren't able to locate any content in these pages, that means that the content was either deleted a long time ago, or that it's a new account.
I'm leaning towards the latest option. Would you mind checking for any alternative email addresses that you might own, to check if your files are present on a different Dropbox account?
