I switched email on my account and I don't see anything on account now

Hello!  The organization I work for had a DropBox subscription under my email.  Since I am leaving soon, I switched over the account to someone else.  I logged in today and don't see any of our files and no sign of us having the DropBox Plus Subscription.  Do you know what happened?  Can I fix this??

 

  • Yes, I did - and oh my gosh I just tried again and it worked.  I must have typed something in wrong before. I had accidentally created an account with her email thinking I was logging into the original account.  What a silly mess. We just got it fixed!  Thank you!

    Hey aaa5ohio - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

    It sounds like you're looking at the wrong account, but just to make sure, can you have a look at your plan tab and let us know what's reported there?

    Do you see any file activity in your events page?

    Let us know what you find!

    Thank you for responding! I clicked on the plan tab you provided and there is nothing there. Same, for the events page.  Last week I changed the name and personal email on the account. So, I logged in with that new information. When I didn't see anything, just in case, I logged out and tried my email, and I could not log in with it.

    However, I have not logged out, on the phone app for Dropbox and it has the new name listed on the account and is showing my work email under her name. I am not sure why. I am hesitant to log out of it since I see it on my phone.

    Have you tried logging in by using the previous email address as well aaa5ohio?
