I switched email on my account and I don't see anything on account now
Hello! The organization I work for had a DropBox subscription under my email. Since I am leaving soon, I switched over the account to someone else. I logged in today and don't see any of our files...

Yes, I did - and oh my gosh I just tried again and it worked. I must have typed something in wrong before. I had accidentally created an account with her email thinking I was logging into the original account. What a silly mess. We just got it fixed! Thank you!

Thank you for responding! I clicked on the plan tab you provided and there is nothing there. Same, for the events page. Last week I changed the name and personal email on the account. So, I logged in with that new information. When I didn't see anything, just in case, I logged out and tried my email, and I could not log in with it.
However, I have not logged out, on the phone app for Dropbox and it has the new name listed on the account and is showing my work email under her name. I am not sure why. I am hesitant to log out of it since I see it on my phone.
