Team activity no longer shows up on desktop app on Windows 10 and 11

I used to see all the team activity in my desktop app but now it wont show up. I have tried Windows 10 and 11 computer and it appears to be same. The team activity does show up in my mobile app, so...

It started about 2 months ago. I have tried to contact Dropbox via email but still have not got it resolved.

      Thanks for the ticket number, alessandrowei! I can see that the ticket has been automatically closed due to inactivity. 

      If you find the email again in your email address, can you try to reply to it? This way, a new ticket should be logged with a new ticket number.
