Why am I seeing Philippines as my default timezone, when it's set to US?

Why does my time zone default to the Philippines manila when auto is turned off even though I set it to USA eastern?

    Hey bikeman5 - thanks for the screenshot!

    Can you clear your browser's cache and/or try another browser (or an incognito window) and let us know if you notice any difference when adjusting your account's timezone?

    Dropbox.com in settings, in general, scroll down to auto time zone & switch off, mine defaults back to Philippines

    the site for file & media sharing.
