2FA key needed for the authentication app.

I’m setting up an Authenticator app, and my QR code reader in Apple pictures app is hacked.  The button to read the QR code doesn’t work. How can I get the set up key to do a manual setup?  Thanks

    I can see that your previous ticket about this is closed, as our experts have explained the situation and it seems that there isn't much that can be done. 

    Now, I know you've been over this before, but here on the Community we have no visibility on account-specific info, so if you'd like to pursue again, I'd suggest opening a ticket with our support team directly.

    You'll need to follow these steps to do so, though:

    1. Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
    2. Use an email address you can access, describe your issue and submit the form.

     

    Let us know when you have your new ticket number.
