Someone accessed my Dropbox account and all my files are gone
my dropbox has ben hack, all files is gone. in my PC the file is chage offline files into cloud file automaticly. ini dropbox web its dissapear all, but the uses of storage idicated there is my files. how can i back or recover my files?
we can see, that there is space used to save my files but i can't access.

Sorry to see that this happened to you, hohok98.
Since your account reports that you're using some space, but you can't find your files in your 'all files' page, can you check your backups page, to see if you can locate your files there?
If not, since this is a sensitive issue, I would suggest that you contact our support team.
To do that:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
- Provide your contact info and describe your issue.
- Click "Send".
Once you get your ticket number, please send it to us here as well.

Sorry to hear you're having an issue finding your files.
Can I few questions as well?
How much storage were you using originally? Were you over quota? And did you receive any email from Dropbox to let you know you were over your storage quota?
