Having issues accessing my 2fa code. What can I do to be able to sign into my account?

for some reasons i havestopped using dropbox for a year

 

now i need to regain access on my account but i can not access authenticator app generating 2fa codes for the account now

 

 

is it possible to verificate from email instead of the 2fa code as i no longer have access to it

 

and the account is important to me

    Hey ahmed1122​, sorry to hear about that!

    If I understood correct, it sounds like you don't have access to your emergency codes, but without them you'd need another active device already linked to your account. Do you have one?

    It would be great if you can check any devices, to see if they are connected to your account, so you can disable the feature from there. Also do you have access to your emergency backup codes?

    Have you also taken a look and tried the steps mentioned in this Help Center article?

    In any case I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail. You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link. 

    From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
