Dropbox Plus account disappeared but still paying subscription

I have a dropbox plus account that I have been paying a monthly subscription for through my Apple account for years.

I can no longer log into my account online or on my phone app, I have asked to reset password, and to send verification code, but no email comes through to the linked email address. However I am still recieving promotional emails from dropbox linked to the account.

If my account has been closed such as due to inactivity or for whatever reason, then why is my monthly subscription still being taken?

Can you help with what my next steps should be? Ideally to be able to log back into my account, or if it has been closed to find out when it was closed and request a refund for the payments for a non existent account.

Many Thanks

Claire

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
