Geen toegang mogelijk (No access possible)
Mijn toestel ben ik verloren dus ook mijn tel nummer voor verificatie en ook mijn backup emailadressen. Hoe kan ik inloggen als ik van dropbox moet verifiëren via mijn mobiele nr? Of via mijn email. Die accounts willen ook op die manier verificatie uitvoeren. Hoe los ik dit op?

I lost my device, so also my phone number for verification and also my backup email addresses. How do I log in if I need to verify from dropbox using my mobile number? Or via my email. Those accounts also want to perform verification that way. How do I solve this?

Hi Helpmij, sorry to hear about this.
I'm afraid that without access to the email address that's associated with the account in question, there's not much we can do.
You also mentioned losing access to your phone number and your backup email address. Were you using 2 step authentication to log into your account in the past?
Let me know more and we'll take it from there.

Ik ben bang dat we niet veel kunnen doen zonder toegang tot het e-mailadres dat aan het betreffende account is gekoppeld.
U zei ook dat u de toegang tot uw telefoonnummer en uw back-up-e-mailadres zou verliezen. Gebruikte u in het verleden authenticatie in twee stappen om in te loggen op uw account?
Laat me meer weten en we nemen het vanaf daar over.
- Helpmij3 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hello, the problem is that I renewed a lot of my passwords. And some apps have automatically adjust passwords plus two steps verification. Because my verification emails and phone number, and also my password manager are linked to the phone I lost I have to identify on any other device either through a code or link. Which I can't receive. Even when I am still logged in on this spare phone. I get the message that they have send a code to my phone number.....

- Helpmij3 years agoExplorer | Level 3Sorry for the late reply. I've been sick last few days. I received the very good news that they found my phone at the airport in Hungary. So I'm hoping to get my phone this evening and I'm certain I will be able to get in to Dropbox and any other app again. So the problem solved itself. I now know that I must use a recovery email or phonenr that is also used on a different device besides my phone. Because I don't use a pc or laptop and the verification options where only working on my phone, I wasnt able to verify. A very important thing to remember!! So problem solved. Thank you for your time.!!!
