You likely won't be able to. The one-time access code is sent when Dropbox detects a suspicious sign-in attempt or when logging in from a device they don't recognize.

I'd suggest contacting your IT department and explain the situation. They should be able to allow the email through or, at the very least, view the message in their quarantine and provide you with the code.
