To contact Dropbox support, go to dropbox.com/get_help. Once you log in, youâll see your available support options based on your plan and account type.

Hi Megan,
I have the same issue, seems to be impossible to end my fathers account. Haven't seen any worse support than yours yet.

Iâm sorry for your loss, Rikler.
When saying that you wish to end your fatherâs Dropbox account, do you mean that youâd like to cancel a paid subscription, or that youâd like to delete the account altogether (or even both)?
