I can't access my email in order to get the 6-digit security code. What can I do?

    Paddy123, is there any chance you have any devices that are still linked to that Dropbox account (via a desktop/mobile app)? 

     

    If yes, please check their notifications as the one-time code may be there.

     

    Let me know how that goes.

Hi -

Same situation - left school district and can’t access a decade of work bc I can’t get the code from the inactive email

    Hey Evan_S, sorry to hear about this.

     

    Have you tried getting in touch with your previous school district to see if you can regain access or re-create the email address in question? 

     

    If that's not an option at this time, let us know here and we'll reach out via the email address you have linked to your profile here, on the Community.
