It is very unlikley you will be able to access the account without access to either a device (mobile possibly?) with Dropbox installed already OR the email.

You will need to log a ticket with Dropbox while not logged in - even to here so try an incognito browser and use the option to get account support from www.dropbox.com/support.

2FA. It's an old email that is closed. Can you assist?

2 years agoHi selbysworld, with 2FA you'd need a mobile device capable of receiving text messages or running a compatible mobile authenticator app.
You wouldn't be able to receive the code using the email address of the account, therefore it's safe to assume you're referring to the one-time code.
Can I send an email to your Community-linked email address, in order for us to have a closer look into this?
