It is very unlikley you will be able to access the account without access to either a device (mobile possibly?) with Dropbox installed already OR the email.

You will need to log a ticket with Dropbox while not logged in - even to here so try an incognito browser and use the option to get account support from www.dropbox.com/support.

Hello Hannah,
Yes, I have private accounts for Dropbox only, meaning when I open the Dropbox application from my Android device, I only enter the account I want and the password, but since last August, when I enter the password, a window appears that a code has been sent to the email address I want to access, but as for your second question, I don’t have the ability to access the email that I wrote in the Dropbox application, so I cannot know the sent code, meaning I do not receive anything. I think the solution is to stop the security code by updating or something like that.

2 years agoHi Tagri, we would need some account-specific info in order to investigate this.
Would you mind if I sent you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into it?

Hey Tagri - sorry to jump in, but I just followed up via email, so please have a look at your inbox and we'll take it from there.
- Tagri2 years agoExplorer | Level 4Hello Walter,
I created this email that I am using now just to communicate with you, but I cannot access all of my Dropbox emails, meaning they are not regular emails, so I cannot receive anything. When i enter any Dropbox email and write the password, a window appears in which it says that the security code has been sent to your account, but because these are Dropbox emails, I cannot receive anything.
