I got an email that I don't meet the age requirement to use Dropbox. How can I solve this?
I was actually just trying to update my account and pay via my department’s card, and that process has apparently resulted in my account being flagged as “too young” to hold an account. I am 40 years old.
I am now being told that everything I have saved will be deleted within 48 hours. At the same time, resolving this issue seems to require contacting you, which itself may take up to 48 hours (since the payment has not yet gone through).
Is there any quicker way to resolve this issue and prevent the deletion of my data?
Thank you for your help.

Have you reached out to Support at the provided link in the email? Their the only people that will have the required access to your account details to help resolve this issue.
