I tried to log in to my account but a new one was created with the same email.
i tried to log in today to my account but a new one created and all my data are gone! i have emails that i can prove that i had account where people sharing stuff with me!
i don't want to talk to ...

It indeed sounds like a new account was created when you tried to sign in. Keep in mind that you can only have one Dropbox account linked to one email address.
Is it possible that your old one, with all the data in it, was under a different email address?
If not, then would you mind clarifying when was the last time you accessed the account online? Also, just to check if this is indeed a new account, or not you can always have a look at your events page.
If it's empty then it's most likely brand new.
