I want to download all my files and close my account
Due to ill health. I wish to down load the details held in my account & then close the account.Please advise how I can do this ' Thank you, Miami

If you'd like to download your Dropbox files, you can do so by following the steps in this article.
Once that's done, you can delete your account with these steps.

I simply want to DOWNLOAD all the file I have on Dropbox and CLOSE my account.
I can't find any way to CONTACT a live person to arrange this with. Is Dropbox a purely automated application now?
Help please.
