If you deleted your Dropbox account with these steps, I’m afraid there’s no way it can be recovered.
However, if you previously had the desktop app installed, you can double check your local Dropbox folder as your files/folders may still be there.
Let me know if this is what happened or if you tried something else.

Hello, I need help!
- I tried to cancel my plan, but I couldn't, so I received a payment text message.
- However, I can't make the payment because there is no money in my account.
- So, while trying to cancel, I accidentally deleted my account! ..
- I want to cancel my plan and cancel the payment or restore the account that the plan was applied to. The deleted account is the same as my current email.

Just to be clear, you're no longer able to sign in to the account, correct?
If the account is truly deleted then you wouldn't be able to sign in to it, and there were be nothing to cancel anymore. Also, unfortunately, once an account has been deleted it can no longer be restored.
Try to sign in to the account again to make sure it truly is deleted.

The account was actually deleted.
However, I received a text message saying that the payment was made before it was deleted and that the payment was not made because there was no money in the current account.
I would like to resolve this issue.
