The plan is currently in payment pending status.
I received a text message saying that I will pay the fee of 119.88 USD.
However, I received a text message saying that the payment failed because there was no money in the account.
However, after receiving the payment text message, I deleted the account that I used to pay the plan!
I know that I cannot recover the deleted account, so I want to cancel the payment by canceling this plan!

Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

When I go to the support page, I get two options: chatbot or community, and ask the community.
I don't understand what you mean by sending me a ticket number reference.

You need to visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums. If you're signed in to any account then you won't see the correct options. This is why it's best to use an Incognito or private browsing session, to ensure that you're not signed in.
One you submit a request you'll receive a ticket number in your email. Reply here with that number.
