Hello @Megan, im also experiencing the same problem.
I can access my yahoo mail, and i know ny dropbox password, but i cant login since dropbox asked for code in my email.
The code never come in to my yahoo email.
I have added noreply@dropbox as contact and i also have checked that there is no blocked email.
Please help, i have important docs in the dropbox.

hi meagan, im still having trouble on the security code dropbox sent to yahoo mail we still dont get any. Is there a solution to it?

I just checked, and it seems that our previous ticket was closed due to inactivity, since I didn't receive a response from you.
Can you try to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Sign-in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

hi Megan! I have the same problem I cant login to my Dropbox. I tried to e-mail support but didnt recieve anything. Can you help me out?
