It's impossible to access my account due to the verification not being received.
I've had some Dropbox accounts and recently I've tried to acess them but I'm facing problems trying to do this, because the verification emails are not being sent, I don't know why.. I need an answ...

You mentioned the "verification emails". Would you mind clarifying if you're talking about our one-time 6-digit security code, or about 2FA?
You mentioned an email, so I'm leaning towards the first, I just need to make sure.
If you have access to the email, but are not receiving the code, make sure to check your spam folder as well.
If it's not there, add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try again.
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Hello Megan , I'm talking about the one-time 6 digit security code.. I'm frustrated actually, because I didn't even set a 2FA.. so I'd like to solve it.
As i told, it's kind of impossible to receive the code.. I already checked up the spams folder, added the no-reply@dropbox.com and tried uncountable times...
I need further information about the problem and help. Thanks!

Yeah of course, but, as I said are different email accounts.. all I need is the verification code, because I've got full acess to my emails. But I don't know why, the verification code doesn't appear in my email inbox, not even in the trash bin and spam box.
So could you send an email to this email ?
