I've had a security breach and I can't reach out to customer support
Hello, I noticed some key files were deleted and some logins happen from impossible locations. I can't figure out how to approach dropbox for support. What a crappy service, after paying for...

2 years agoHi makugx, keep in mind that the country IP geolocation isn't always accurate.
Some IP addresses might be associated with the wrong country. If the country isn't correct, you can check it using any online IP address lookup tool. You can find an IP address lookup tool by doing a simple web search.
Different websites might give you different answers, so I recommend trying a few to get a varied perspective on this.

Yes, I'd like to be patched to them so they can help me analyze where someone else joined from. It's mostly different cities in USA and theres a device I dont recognize.
This shouldn't be.

This shouldn't be.Do you have 2FA set up on your account? That would stop any other log ons. And have you done the security checkup?
