Last login date for all users

Hi there,

I'm trying to find a list of most recent login dates for all users.  Was not able to find this information on the dashboard.  Can someone help me find this information?

Thanks,

Ronen

  • In your Admin Console under Activity, set the Activity field to Signed In and it will show you all sign ins for all users. Once the list is filtered to include the data you want, use the Create report button have the data saved as a CSV file in your Dropbox account. You can then open it in Excel (or similar) and filter on whatever you need to.

  • None. Might want to reach out to Support.

Thanks for the response.  This gives me all login events, but I can't think of a way to sort this data to easily determine who has or has not logged in in the past month, let's say, since every login is another entry.  I just want to know which users have not logged in for the past 30 days.  Any way to find that information?

You would need to create your own filters/lookups within Excel (or similar) to determine that information.

Thank you.  I have been able to download the data but there seems to be a gap.  I see data from the last few days, then there is a gap of about three months (during which we were all using dropbox daily), and then it begins again in August and continues back in time.  I have downloaded the data twice with the same result.  Any advice?
