2 years agoHi there, To check if there are recent updates on your ticket, you can click on this link below to route you to Support Tickets page and you can check if there is a recent communication regarding your issue. Hope this helps

hi, in the link you shared i see no track record of the ticket. it brings me to the general support page. can you please explain exactly where and how i can access the records on the support ticket?
or can you copy paste here the resolution for on it? thank you

Hey MarcoPaolo, I checked your ticket number, and it seems that an agent has replied back this past Wednesday.
Would you be able to access your Community-linked email address directly, and check for the email there?

Hey MarcoPaolo, have you checked both your spam/junk in case the email ended up there?
In order to continue with this case, we'd need to continue internally, hence the reason why we suggested the email route. You might need to provide info that's sensitive and account-specific that's not appropriate to be in a public forum.
