Not able to join the team. ‘there was a problem completing this request’.
Not able to join a team in which I’m invited. It says ‘there was a problem completing this request’. Any solution for this

One more thing, Ankush1, can you please login to the account using the email address the invite was sent to and go to the plan page and let me know what plan it shows?

Hey Ankush1, just to confirm, the account that got invited to the team, is an individual account, correct?
Not already on a different Dropbox Business paid or trial team?
