not able to log into my account
Hello, my hosting provider did a migration and screwed up my account.
It is an ongoing issue that may not be resolved and they cannot find my cpanel to access my emails.
I am unable to login into my drop box account because since I have no access to the account email, I cannot receive the login code.
I request that you verify me as the admin of my account so that we can change the email associated with the account.
Also, I was trying to login to purchase the Extended Version History for my account.
The most recent charge for my drop box account posted to my bank on January 12th.

Also my plan has priority email support but I cannot find the support email address/
I tried to email to dropbox.com/support but my email client can't send as it deems dropbbox.com/support an invalid email address.

Hi ethergirl, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.Keep me updated with any progress.

I now have a ticket # from support.
I saw in another community post that a community moderator had helped someone directly
once they located the ticket by making comments to support.
Would it help if I provided you the ticket #?
