Good Day Hannah,
I added the no-reply email to my contact list and still unsuccessful logging into my account.
Also i didn't receive an email with the ticket number.

7 months agoI wanted to add that if what Mark suggested, doesn't work, you can reach out to our support team again, since you didn't receive a ticket number.
To do so, you'll need to open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
Submit your request and let us know your ticket number.
