Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your inbox in order to see if you can receive the email when attempting to sign in again?
Have you also tried checking the spam/junk folder of the email?
This will help me to assist further!
- Lilime2 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hello, previously i did clear my cache on Android phone settings, but after that i cant open the dropbox apps. I already keyin the correct email address and password and their wanna send the direct email sign in link to my email but i never received it. I already check my junk, spam multiple times and even registered the dropbox email to my contact emails but i cant open it and never received the links. Please help me

I'm assuming you can't sign into your account online either, right? Or is this something that only happens when you try to access your account on your mobile app?
I'd be happy to send you an email in order for us to have a closer look into this. Is that okay?
- Lilime2 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hi yes please email me! I try to login through online on site but the sign-in box only giving 2 opts (gmail & apple) which my registered email is yahoo. I tried to fill in the email below, 3 column and its directly lead me to signup, which its wrong.
And when i try via mobile dropbox apps, the problem (as my first query) happens. Please help 😞
