Not receiving verification code to activate 2FA
Hi,
I just registered my Dropbox account and want to active 2FA but did not receive verification code via sms. I've tried several times but still. How I can do?

If you're not receiving the SMS with the security code, you may want to use an offline code generator, like an authenticator app.

By the way, how can I change the receiving verification code from mobile number to mobile app? I have old account with 2AF but now cannot access it because I do not receive the code via sms.

And you should be able to see the steps to receive a code via a mobile app in this article.
If you're still having trouble getting the code and you have a trusted computer linked to this account, you can also click on the Dropbox icon on the computer to access our website.

Thank so much for your help. However, because I did not receive the verification code vis SMS hence I cannot sign-in either on mobile or laptop to disable the 2FA. Kindly advise if you have any alternative solution.
