And you should be able to see the steps to receive a code via a mobile app in this article.
If you're still having trouble getting the code and you have a trusted computer linked to this account, you can also click on the Dropbox icon on the computer to access our website.
From there, you can disable two step verification, if needed.

Hi Hannah,
Thank so much for your help. However, because I did not receive the verification code vis SMS hence I cannot sign-in either on mobile or laptop to disable the 2FA. Kindly advise if you have any alternative solution.

Hi
The only way to disable it without getting the code is to use the emergency recovery codes you were given when you set up the 2FA

Dear Mark,
Thank you for your advise. However, I've registered that account since long time ago and did not remember where is the emergency code now... Is there any alternative solution?
Tks and Brgds,

No, there isnt I'm afraid.
Basically you told Dropbox, and agreed to it when setting it up, that the only person who could access that account and that data was somebody who had the password and either the verification codes or recovery passwords. If they do not have that you told them to lock access - you cannot now get around this.
