Not receiving verification email, how can I verify my account?

I have not been able to receive verification email or password reset email.

I've added no-reply@dropbox.com to my google contacts account.

I've checked my spam folder. 

I've verified my address is correct. 

 

Please do help me sort this out

    I did that. But I can't get any email still.

    Hey ban1, thanks for posting on our Community!

     

    Can you also try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and then try to verify your email address again?

    Dear Dropbox Support Team,

    I am writing regarding an issue I encountered while attempting to verify my email address. I have not received the email for email address verification from Dropbox. I have already checked my spam folder, but I couldn't find the email there.

    I have verified that the email address I provided during the verification process is correct. I have also waited for some time in case of any potential delays in email delivery, but the email has still not arrived.

    I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Please look into the issue and help me receive the email for email address verification as soon as possible.

    "Try checking your spam email folder to see if it's there, or you could try sending a request for a password reset. Please wait approximately 1 day."

    I forgot my password and requested an email to reset my password, but I still haven't received the email.

    I have checked the junk folder, added no-reply@dropbox.com to contacts and use incognito browser.

     

    Please help

    In this case, I’d suggest reaching out to our support team directly, so that they can investigate this. Please visit this page, and open a ticket/email with them.

     

    After you’ve followed the steps to do so, please send us the ticket number you’ll receive here.

    It is interesting that as soon as I posted this message thread to the BB i received a mail announcing that I have received participation badges.

    "Your new rank is New member | Level 2."

     

    After that I tried verification email again but still did not receive.
