I can't access an old Dropbox account; I don't have the password/email address.
Hello, I can't access an older account I made, only this one and another one that I made later. All I remember about it is that it had some art and animations on there that were created in Macromedia Flash, that the password that I last set it to doesn't work anymore (possibly because of a data breach?), I don't have access to the email associated with it [removed per Community Guidelines], and I can't login. Possible scam email sent directly from noreply@mail.hellosign.com
Hello! This morning I received a strange email from noreply@mail.hellosign.com and it was for a signature for a subscription for Geek $quad(?). It's $399 USD and I have no idea what this service would be for. I Googled the "customer support team" phone number and it came back as potentially being for an escort service in Florida. I checked my bank accounts, Paypal and Venmo, and don't see any pending charges. The signature request is also from an email and name I do not recognize and it appears they're a student at an Italian university(their email may have been hacked I'm guessing). So yeah, definitely not convinced this is a legit charge, but I can't lose $399 dollars either, so I guess I'm trying to see if this legit, or just spam. The fact that it was sent from a legitimate Dropbox email gives me pause. No, I did not click the links, but when I hover my cursor over the links in Chrome, I can see the URLs are for official Dropbox services. I called Geek Squad, just to confirm that there is no account in my name. I'm not sure if there's a specific way to contact Dropbox directly about this, or if this is the appropriate method. Hi. I pay for Dropbox at £9.99. My email is now closed, was a freeserve.co.uk. Now have a new phone & can’t log into the Dropbox as the verification code goes to the old email. any ideas how to get my account working again or to get my photos back?Can I login to an account if the email associated is deleted?
Hi, I'm trying to login into one of my accounts, but since I haven't logged into it in a while, it is asking for a verification code. However, when I try to login to my email (outlook), the email does not exist. I did not delete it, it just simply says it does not exist. How can I recover my account if the email associated with it is deleted?

Hello, I hope this finds everyone well. I have a free personal Dropbox account as well as a Dropbox Plus account I started 10 years ago associated with an old work email. I have the password for the old work email one but I can't access it because I no longer have that email (so I can't plug in the code it keeps sending to this dead email). I would be happy to cancel this account but I want to see what I have in there before I do. I can confirm I am paying for it but that doesn't help me actually access the account. All I want to do is talk to customer service but since Dropbox doesn't think I have a paid subscription it won't give me a number and I can't find it. Any assistance is most appreciated. One-time security code isn't being sent to my email address.
I have tried to sign into my drop box account but every time I try to sign in, I have to receive a verification email to log in. This would usually not be a problem, but my email is not receiving these emails. I have tried to be logging into my desktop and phone to see if that would make a difference, and it doesn't. I checked my trash, and they are not there. i tried to see if my email was dead, and I was still receiving emails from other emails. Drop box is just not sending me the code. I need help logging into my account. All of my data was backed up to Dropbox from my previous computer, and I have to access it. Help?
I can't get the one-time code, as my email address was deactivated after graduation.

am unable to access my account due to my email been suspended due to inactivity, I am unable to create it back after contacting the email provider . I have 2 account with Dropbox with different emails, both email address have been disabled due to inactivity. i know my Dropbox login , but need code always sent to the email address which is not active.. please help as I have valuables investments stored in my Dropbox.
