The one-time code isn't delivered to my email address.
i have another old account - mail adress and password existing - but if i wanna login an it says the system will send a 6-digit confirmation code, i do not receive on.
can you send this to me on email ?

Please contact me more on email because i can access email normally but 6-digit code not send to me on email Even though I have checked everything. I tired. ☹️

Hi Fourcuz! Sorry to hear about this.
From your post, I understand that you’ve already checked your spam folder, correct?
If you haven’t tried this already, I’d also like you to add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and resend the code.
Finally, what you can do as a workaround is to reset the password of your Dropbox account and you should be able to access it after that.
Let me know if any of the above works for you.

Apologies for asking again, but did you try to reset your password as well and you still couldn’t sign in to the account? What do you see exactly, if you do this?
